Working version of the launch terms for WeStřik 2.0. The text is production-oriented, but it still requires a legal review before launch.

1. Introduction

These terms govern the relationship between the operator of the WeStřik website and the customer when purchasing goods through Shopify checkout.

The seller is Gastro Lovčenka s.r.o., ID: 17596343, registered address K vodě 3200/6, Záběhlice, 106 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. Support email: info@westrik.cz (TODO: confirm email).

2. Orders and contract formation

The purchase journey starts on the WeStřik branded frontend and is completed inside Shopify checkout.

The purchase agreement is formed when the seller confirms the order. Information shown on the website serves as a product offer and pre-checkout guidance.

3. Pricing and payment

The product price is displayed before checkout and confirmed in Shopify checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping method, shipping fee, and estimated delivery will be specified in checkout and on the Shipping & Payment page.

5. Age restriction

WeStřik products are intended for adults aged 18+ only.

The buyer confirms the age requirement on site entry and again inside the commerce flow, where a mandatory Adulto age verification step runs before Shopify checkout is created.
